The room was fantastic. The view from the rooftop was awesome. The location is great, close to the Washington Street Mall with many shops nearby. Plus, it's just a few minutes away from seafood dining.

The Heritage Inn offers brand-new and nicely furnished rooms. The rooms come with central heating, multi-channel television, and a microwave. The hotel has a spectacular view of the ocean. It is located in a peaceful and ideal spot, just a short walk from Cape May Convention Hall.

The room I stayed in was recently renovated and really bright. They had a microwave, electric kettle, and fridge, all in good working order. The spot is amazing, and bonus - free parking right here 😊.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the room was absolutely fantastic with a great view. The venue is set in a very central position, just a short walk to area restaurants, shopping, and quaint shops.

Make sure you stay in the king room with great view. The staff is very welcoming and the food is high quality.

Really good stay for family vacation. Unbeatable and comfortable location not very far from Washington Street Mall. Walking distance to a shopping mall and cute stores across the street. Good restaurant, for the breakfast.

Every time I'm in Cape May, I choose this place. The property is clean with spotless rooms and exceptionally comfortable beds. The staff is very welcoming and provides friendly service. They have plenty of meals to offer, and the food is of high quality.

The room here is spacious with a big bathroom and a cozy bed with soft pillows, making it a comfortable stay.

The service was excellent, making the hotel a delightful and quiet place. The room was fantastic with a large bath. The location was great, for example, Cape May Model Trains was just a pleasant stroll away from the property.

I liked the location the most. I could walk every where. I liked they had parking. I was pleased and intend to return there in November.

It was directly in the middle of town at a stop light and at an entrance to the beach. Had ramp for easy access to our room( my mom has problems walking/ steps). The staff could not have been nicer. Only down for 2 days so served its purpose terrifically.

Hard beds. Plastic protection on beds noisy. Some mold in bathtub tiles. Could be noisy at times.

We loved the well-maintained hotel with ocean views. The staff was efficient and really helpful. The room was a nice size and had a comfortable bed, shower, hairdryer, and bath sheets. The location was great in a lovely area. They recommended a fantastic restaurant for breakfast.

We stayed in a corner room on the first floor which was very spacious and well kept. Staff members were very friendly and welcoming. Liked that we could park our car close by in their lot, and that we had a short walk from the hotel to the beach which made things much easier with our 18 month old.

Only suggestion I would have is to install screens on all the windows. We enjoyed opening the windows for the breeze instead of using the air con - but could only use two out of 5 because the others had no screens.
